Elect Education: Voting Record for Members of Congress, 113th Congress
Find out how your U.S. Representative and Senators voted on legislation when a school board position was communicated to all members of Congress.
CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE QUESTIONNAIRE: A TOOL FOR NSBAC & FOR LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS
The purpose of the voting records is to inform school board members as to how members of Congress voted during the 113th Congress, when a school board position was communicated to all members of Congress. Please note, this is not a scorecard nor does it reflect a rating of individual members of Congress. Readers should judge for themselves the importance of each vote.
NSBAC has invited Congressional candidates to participate in a questionnaire to determine their positions on issues critical to public education. School board members can use this questionnaire during the campaign season during personal meetings with candidates, Meet and Greets, Town Hall Meetings and Candidate Debates. Access a copy of the Congressional Candidate Questionnaire for either the Senate or the House candidates. Congressional candidate positions on public education issues will also be posted on a protected part of this website.
